 Hi Roller® Enclosed Belt Conveyors is dedicated to the design and manufacture of enclosed belt conveyors for the handling of dry, dusty product. Hi Roller is a manufacturer specializing exclusively in the design and application of conveyors which will not only contain dust and spilled materials, but will also automatically reload that material back on to the carrying surface of the belt.
In the late 1970’s, the need was recognized for a conveyor which would eliminate the emission of explosive grain dust, which would greatly reduce housekeeping and maintenance costs. Also, the dust reduction would decrease the need for costly dust collection systems and the costs associated with the operation and upkeep of these systems.
The astounding acceptance and success of the Hi Roller® Conveyor in the grain industry has led to its application in numerous non-agricultural industries handling a wide array of products. Products handled include clay products, fertilizer, carbon, salt, grains, borax, and lime, just to name a few. In fact, the Hi Roller® Conveyor can handle just about any dry, dusty granular product.
