to be totally enclosed, dust tight, weather
tight - with no internal brackets, ledges,
or areas where material can build up.

 Self Cleaning & Reloading System: The
patented reloading system returns any
dust and spilled material back on to
the carrying surface of the belt without
the need for cumbersome auxiliary reloading equipment. An enclosed
belt conveyor must have a proven reloading system to function
properly. The absence of such a system is dangerous and
can create costly wear and downtime.
Antistatic Slide Return/Wiper
Cleats: The conveyor belt returns on an
antistatic UHMW return pan as opposed to conveyor
idlers. The "floating fastener" design
ensures that the bottom liner remains level as
it expands and contracts. The wiper cleats fastened
to the belt to continually wipe the bottom of the
enclosure clean of any dust or spilled material.
This material is either swept or conveyed back
to the tail section where  it is reloaded via the
patented reloading system. |

 Isolated Bearings: All conveyors
are designed with bearings isolated from the internal
atmosphere of the conveyor. This design is far superior
to placing conventional idlers inside an enclosure. Exposed,
internal bearings may become contaminated, seize up,
and create heat. The introduction of heat to a dusty
environment can create the risk of fire or explosions.
