Steve graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in Engineering. Steve's career has included positions in Engineering Administration, Engineering, Project Engineering, Project Management, and General Management. Most of his career has been in Manufacturing and Grain Facility Design.

Steve Tweet has been with Hi Roller® Conveyors for over 25 years.  Steve's many years of experience in the design, manufacturer, and application of Hi Roller Conveyors gives our customers access to his expertise.

Steve is involved with every design!  His numerous years of experience in all aspects of design, manufacture, and application of all Hi Roller® Conveyor’s products is a great asset to assure that the customer’s needs are meet!

Mike graduated from Moorhead State University with a degree in Marketing.  Mike’s career in conveyor manufacturing started in High School and College working in fabrication, welding and assembly.  This experience and many years of experience in the Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Management in conveyor manufacturing has been a great benefit in his current position.

Mike has been with Hi Roller® Conveyors since 1995. Hi Roller® specializes in totally enclosed, self-cleaning and reloading belt conveyors with extensive emphasis in areas of grain handling and grain processing.

Mike has years of experience to assist the customer with questions and inquiries.  Mike believes that direct communication with the end user from concept through start-up helps insure a proper installation and smooth start-up of the conveyors!

Dan graduated from Dordt College with a degree in Business Administration.  Dan has several years of sales experience with industrial equipment meeting the needs of the customer.

Dan joined Hi Roller® Conveyors in 2001.  Dan has a wealth of inside sale and field experience to help the customer from replacement parts sales, measuring for proposed installations, conceptual designs, and start-up to properly recommend and give the customer a complete quotation to meet their application demands.   Hi Roller® Conveyors is the “Problem Solver” and Dan will be able to help solve your problems.

Rod has many years of production and management experience.  Rod’s career has included positions in Administration, Purchasing, Project Management, and General Management.  Rod joined the Hi Roller® staff in December of 1993.

Terry has over 25 years of experience in Material Handling Conveyors.

The customer can rely on Terry’s years of experience from concept through start-up to assure the conveyors operate well.

Sally has many years of accounting and corporate management experience. 

Sally is Hi Roller’s scorekeeper that helps the company better serve our customers.

Sally can assist the customer with any financial questions to make sure that the customer’s needs are met!

Wade Ewoldt is Hi Roller’s Production Superintendent.  Wade has worked at nearly all production positions at Hi Roller®.  Wade’s years of experience in production makes sure that the product is completed to meet the specifications of the customer.

Tim Englund is Hi Roller’s Assistant Production Supervisor.  Tim has performed most of the production functions at Hi Roller®.  Tim’s years in production aides to assure that the product meets the customer’s specifications.

Wade, Dan & Wayne have years of experience in Engineering Design.  Hi Roller’s Engineering Design Team will work with the customer from the concept to start-up to assure that the project specifications are meet.
